KRC Custom Manufacturing provided the custom injecting molding required for these tamper evident bottle caps and inserts. The caps are produced from polypropylene in yellow, green, and pink, while the inserts are made of low density polyethylene. This high volume product is produced in quantities of over 5,000,000 caps and inserts per year.

The caps are composed of polypropylene, and manufactured on our Demag IntElect 110 ton injection molding machine. Quality control includes checking for excess flash, underfills, color matching, contamination, and specks. The inserts are composed of low density polyethylene (LDPE), and produced on our Demag Ergotech 60 ton injection molding machine and are checked for excess flash, contamination, specks, and underfills.
