Injection Molding of Suction Cups for the Automation Industry

These suction cups are manufactured for the automation industry and are used to pick and place product in automated handling equipment. A correct shape of the suction cup is critical to the performance of the machinery, and our customers count on us to provide them with quality product. The suction cups are made from vinyl and rubber in a variety of customer specified colors including natural, clear, yellow, red, green, blue, black, brown, and gray.

The suction cups are manufactured on our 50 ton Van Dorn or 60 ton Demag injection molding machines and checked for underfill, flash, specks, contamination, color, sinks, and wrinkles to ensure each part is correct every time. We produce over 4 million of these suction cups a year and are ready to respond to our customer’s rush shipping requests. We are often able to quickly turnaround a partial shipment to ship out immediately when our customers find themselves in an inventory emergency.
